All mats and equipment are provided. Simply bring comfortable yoga or gym clothing and an open mind.

9:15–9:30: Arrival and herbal tea to ease into the day

9:45–11:00: Energising yoga class (Hatha, Vinyasa, strengthening techniques)

11:00–11:15: Tea or coffee break

11:15–13:15: Optional spa treatments (extra cost) or a serene countryside walk

13:15–14:00: Gourmet 3-course vegan lunch prepared by a professional chef

14:00–15:30: More time for optional spa treatments or exploring nature

15:45–16:45: Relaxing and restorative yoga with pranayama breathing and guided meditation
