Your Pilates class begins with gentle warm-up exercises to prepare the body, followed by a series of controlled movements that build strength and promote healthy alignment. Each session wraps up with relaxing stretches, leaving participants feeling balanced and re-energised.
- Mats Provided: Mats will be available; however, if demand exceeds supply, we recommend participants bring their own or a towel. Please note, Pilates instructors in London may not always carry their own mats.
