Scientifically proven to reduce stress, Glo’s mindfulness workshops provide the tools to bring mindfulness self-awareness into daily life; to reduce stress and improve productivity. Regular mindfulness practice helps stress, depression, anxiety, can improve concentration, and insomnia.
Each workshop or webinar will provide an introduction to mindfulness, how it has become a modern discipline and how it fits into your work environment. The workshops include short meditations teaching a series of techniques which can be used to achieve positive outcomes on the given theme. With an opportunity for questions and answers, a handout is also given to individuals specific to the workshop with a reading list and resources.
