Spa to You Packages

We're delighted to present our Spa to You packages which have been crafted using the knowledge built up over the past decade.  These package benefit from being designed to: 

• Include customers most popular treatments;
• Be affordable for all demographics;
• Accommodate individuals, couples, families and groups for all occasions whatever the weather (!);
• Provide seasonal options;
• Optimise your local therapists availability taking into consideration variable skillsets whilst making the treatment choices attractive and varied;
• Add value to customers stay, making it relaxing and special, with the view to assisting with repeat business for you. 

We also offer a range of other packages designed for Pamper Parties (suitable for hens, groups and kids), Events (product launches, ladies days, corporate parties, chill out zones, seminars / conferences, exhibitions and team pampering) and Workplace Wellbeing (office massage and reflexology, yoga / pilates / tai chi classes, nutrition, mindfulness training and life coaching workshops).  

 

Working together - you decide

There are two distinct ways in which you can work with Glo to provide your customers with our range of services, these are either:  

Option 1 - Referral

We provide you with our Referral Copy and Images so that you can promote visiting Spa to You services to your customers via your website and booking/pre-arrival emails.  

Customers then enquire/book with us direct helping to make their stay extra relaxing and special.  We provide you with 10% commission (inc. VAT) for bookings where customers have been referred to us by you.  Please see below table for comparison with option 2. 

Reciprocally, we ask you to send us your logo and weblink so that we can feature these on our popular Accommodation Partners webpage.

 

Option 2 - Integrated Bookings

Make the booking process seamless, simple and quick for your customers by offering our treatment packages as an added extra when booking their accommodation.  

Package bookings made by your customers are sent to Glo via an email (most systems can be set to automate this) outlining their chosen package/s, customer details (name, email, phone), property address (Inc. postcode), date of stay/date of treatment desired.  This email notification can be set up to acts as the invoice, meaning all you’ve to do is make payment to us 3 week prior to the treatment date. 

Integrating our packages means that you are supplied our best possible fixed rate fee’s (wholesale prices), click on table below to expand.  You are then able to retail these packages with your mark up added on top when advertising to your customers so can benefit from the additional revenue these bookings bring.

A selection of our hen pamper party, make-up and hair styling, kids party and yoga packages can also be integrated in to your booking system style based on a price per person.  Click on table below details for further details.  Please note the following packages are subject to travel costs in addition to the prices shown below and for those with long/thick hair an addition 15 mins is required at an additional cost.

   

Fixed Rate Fees are exclusive to those partners who have integrated the Glo's packages into their customers booking and therefore payment is made direct by the partner to Glo.  To qualify for these rates, our Partner Registration Form must be signed prior to any bookings being placed.

Getting Set Up

In summary, if you wish to proceed please follow these simple steps: 

1. Confirm your preferred option for working with us going forward – option 1 or 2 by completing our short Partner Registration Form;
2. Your Website/Email/Booking System add the relevant glo copy and images for your chosen way of working, either: 1. Referral or 2. Integrated Bookings.  You can access Glo owned images and our logo for your use via our shared Dropbox folder;
3. Inform us when your links and updates are live, so that we can update your glo account and add your logo/link to our Accommodation Partners webpage.

All bookings made with Glo are subject to availability, booking terms and conditions, cancellation policy and privacy policy.  Please ensure that you make these clear to your customers when booking on their behalf.
