Our resident nutritionist will demonstrate how to make 3 healthy snacks: energy balls, a healthy dark chocolate alternative and apricot muffins that participants can eat as an alternative to sugar snacks. Participants will also be given useful tips and advice on the benefits of the ingredients being used.  Attendees will require access to a phone/tablet/laptop/computer and WIFI to participate.  Information on how to prepare for the tutorial will be sent in advance.
